Your Role
Recruiter Pharma-Branche (m/w/d)
These challenges await you
- Responsible management of the entire recruiting process from job posting to hiring.
- Managing and creating appealing job advertisements in coordination with supervisors.
- Accompanying applicants from the first contact to hiring.
- Advising specialist departments as a contact person and clarifying questions regarding the hiring process with the employee representation.
- Active sourcing of suitable candidates, including internationally, through target-group-specific search strategies.
- Gaining a comprehensive impression of applicants through your planned and conducted diagnostic selection tools.
- Coordinating interview results with the specialist department and negotiating contract terms.

Our expectations of you
- University degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Education, or a comparable field, or many years of relevant professional experience in recruiting.
- Experience with scientific target groups is an advantage.
- Confident demeanor and fluent German and English language skills are desirable.
- Very good communication skills towards internal and external contact persons.
- Emotional and social intelligence, persuasiveness, and assertiveness.
- Ideally, a strong external HR network with access to talent.
