Your Tasks

Varied Tasks

• Search or recruit suitable study participants with corresponding appointment management
• Project communication and fine-tuning with our clients
• Support of projects in qualitative market research
• Onboarding for online studies

Your Profile

Your Talents

• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Confident use of the computer and Office programs Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
• You enjoy communicating by phone
• You are solution-oriented, inventive, and also enjoy learning from mistakes
• You are a team player, friendly, and enjoy talking on the phone
• You like to act proactively and are always friendly and service-oriented towards our customers
