About
Our client, a leading property management company, oversees a diverse portfolio of residential properties across the United States, including luxury rental communities and one of the nation’s largest residential housing portfolios. They manage leasing, maintenance, resident services, and compliance, with a strong focus on delivering high‑quality living experiences and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Receive, log, and track all resident requests using Yardi.
- Prioritize tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
- Schedule and coordinate vendor services, inspections, and preventative activities for the grounds.
- General building upkeep (ensuring that recyclables are taken, etc.).
- Ensure accurate inventory of supplies is maintained and reordered as needed.
- Ensure resident satisfaction and operational efficiency at all times.
- Enter and track work orders using internal systems as needed.
- Assist with upkeep of grounds (changing vases, general am).
Requirements
- 4‑5+ years of recruiting experience coming from property management, hospitality, hotels, or a related field.
- Yardi experience preferred, but not required.

Requirements
