We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruiter to join our team.

At its core, this role is straightforward and hands-on — reviewing resumes, speaking with candidates, and coordinating interviews. If you enjoy structured work and talking to people, this is a great way to get into recruiting.

That said, this isn’t just admin.

You’ll also play a key role in keeping candidates engaged, showing up to interviews, and helping us bring in strong hires. If you’re someone who can stay organized and keep momentum with people, you’ll do very well here.

Compensation • $6 USD per hour base pay • Performance bonuses tied to hiring results and retention

Additional performance pay includes: • Bonuses for candidates who are successfully hired • Additional bonuses when hires remain active at 30, 60, and 90 days • Incentives tied to maintaining strong interview show rates and consistent activity • On-Target Earnings: $1,500 – $2,000 USD/month

What You’ll Do • Review and screen incoming resumes based on role requirements • Reach out to candidates and conduct short phone screenings • Ask simple qualifying questions (script provided) • Schedule qualified candidates into team calendars • Keep candidate information organized and up to date • Maintain consistent communication with applicants

And importantly: • Follow up with candidates to increase interview show rates • Keep candidates engaged and excited about the opportunity • Support the team in moving strong candidates through the process quickly

Requirements • C2 level English • Clear and confident communicator, especially over the phone • Strong organization skills with attention to detail • Able to follow structured processes and scripts consistently • Comfortable with repetitive, task-based work • Reliable, responsive, and able to keep momentum throughout the day Nice to Have (Not Required) • Experience in recruiting, customer service, or call-based roles • Familiarity with scheduling tools or managing calendars
