About the Role

We are looking for a marketing/ sales professional who will be able to learn. Training will be provided in the recruitment industry to place engineers, technicians, and artisans.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Matric plus tertiary qualification/ courses
• Sales and Marketing experience required.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and clients.
• Strong organisational and self-management skills

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close candidates for specific positions.
• Manage multiple open roles while maintaining candidate quality and speed-to-hire.
