Seeking a skilled Sales Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for our growing sales organization. This temporary role will focus on identifying, engaging, and hiring top sales talent—including sales representatives and sales managers—who can thrive in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for sales and sales leadership roles
• Conduct intake meetings and partner closely with hiring managers
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Screen and assess candidates for sales competencies and culture fit
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates
• Support process improvements to enhance speed and quality of hire

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on sales roles
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort with outbound outreach
• Experience working in fast?paced, high volume environments

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
