About the role

Focus Area

Recruiting for Botox Therapeutics sales representatives (Account Specialists) these roles support products for chronic migraine, movement/stroke, and urology indications (not cosmetic Botox).

Secondary Focus

Psychiatry and migraine sales openings.

Scope

Nationwide recruitment across multiple territories.

Typical Workload

~18-20 active requisitions (occasionally up to 22-25).

Recruitment Model

Full-cycle recruiting (intake, sourcing, screening, offer management).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for sales and related commercial roles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill territories.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leaders, HRBPs, and Total Rewards (Compensation) to align on offers.
  • Prepare and present offer/compensation recommendations for approval.
  • Ensure compliance with TA Playbook and standardized processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships and influence hiring managers to follow process discipline.
  • Leverage sourcing partnerships (e.g., National Sales Network, HBCUs, diversity associations).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5+ years recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment required. 7+ years recruiting experience preferred.
  • Must project a strong business presence and can instill confidence in clients and to deliver results.
  • Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience required.
  • Proven experience hiring sales professionals (industry flexible pharma strongly preferred).
  • Experience in managing requisitions within Taleo ATS preferred.
