About the role
Focus Area
Recruiting for Botox Therapeutics sales representatives (Account Specialists) these roles support products for chronic migraine, movement/stroke, and urology indications (not cosmetic Botox).
Secondary Focus
Psychiatry and migraine sales openings.
Scope
Nationwide recruitment across multiple territories.
Typical Workload
~18-20 active requisitions (occasionally up to 22-25).
Recruitment Model
Full-cycle recruiting (intake, sourcing, screening, offer management).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for sales and related commercial roles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill territories.
- Partner closely with Sales Leaders, HRBPs, and Total Rewards (Compensation) to align on offers.
- Prepare and present offer/compensation recommendations for approval.
- Ensure compliance with TA Playbook and standardized processes.
- Maintain strong relationships and influence hiring managers to follow process discipline.
- Leverage sourcing partnerships (e.g., National Sales Network, HBCUs, diversity associations).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5+ years recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment required. 7+ years recruiting experience preferred.
- Must project a strong business presence and can instill confidence in clients and to deliver results.
- Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience required.
- Proven experience hiring sales professionals (industry flexible pharma strongly preferred).
- Experience in managing requisitions within Taleo ATS preferred.
