Position Overview:

As a Legal Recruiter at Gpac, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting exceptional legal professionals tailored to meet our clients' specific needs. Collaborating with law firms, you will gain insights into their hiring preferences and build lasting relationships to ensure the best talent is matched with the right roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit top legal talent, including attorneys and various legal support staff.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their hiring requirements.
• Conduct screening and interviews to assess candidates' fit for specific roles.
• Guide candidates and clients throughout the offer and negotiation process.
• Stay informed on legal industry trends and market demands to better serve clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of the legal industry and an array of legal positions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
