About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will act as the guardian of the candidate experience, ensuring all scheduling, logistics, and administrative aspects of the recruitment process are executed with precision and a strong customer service mindset.
You will play a key role in supporting a dynamic recruiting team across multiple locations, managing interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding support while representing the organization professionally both internally and externally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a coordination or recruiting support role
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and administrative tools
- Proven experience handling high-volume and complex scheduling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS platforms
- Background in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- Experience supporting onsite and remote recruiting teams
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Pay
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
