What you will do:
- Lead full cycle recruiting for a diverse range of roles from intake to offer with a focus on hard‑to‑fill and senior-level positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies, provide market insights, and influence talent decisions.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters and coordinators, offering guidance, sharing best practices, and fostering professional growth.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using networking, referrals, talent communities, and innovative search techniques.
- Drive continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency, elevate the candidate experience, and strengthen diversity hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on talent pipeline planning and strategic workforce initiatives.
- Support employer brand efforts by representing QXO at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics to guide decision‑making and demonstrate progress against hiring goals.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record of success filling diverse and complex roles.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Expertise with ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and modern recruiting technologies.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience mentoring or coaching team members (preferred).
- A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and building diverse, high‑performing teams.
