Your Role

As part of the central Talent Acquisition Team, you will contribute to the group's growth by connecting motivated talent with our business units. In your role as Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process in close collaboration with our business units and colleagues in the People Team.

• Process Management: Oversee the entire recruiting process for your areas, from briefing and professional interview conduction to contract negotiation.
• Customer Orientation: Act as a sparring partner for our business units, actively involving them in the process.
• Active Sourcing: Proactively approach candidates and build a network within the relevant target groups.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and contribute ideas for the further development of our team.
• Project Tasks: Take on various project-related tasks to further develop our collaborative work, in addition to daily business.

What You Bring

• Successful Placements: Proven track record of successfully filling a significant number of search projects in recruiting and/or active sourcing.
• Competency Assessment: Demonstrated ability to conduct hiring based on structured/competency-based interview techniques, rather than gut feeling.
• Language Skills: Ability to inspire people in both German and English.
• Innovative Spirit: Familiarity with social media, willingness to try new trends, and experience marketing positions on social media channels.
• Target Group Analysis: Enthusiasm for truly understanding your target audience and making an impact.
