What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong follow-through
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with ATS systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
• Agency or corporate recruiting experience welcome

Position details:

• Hybrid opportunities within the Kansas City metro area
• Pay ranging from $22-$25/hour depending on experience and opportunity
• Contract, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities available
• Opportunities may support industries including professional services, healthcare, customer support, technology, logistics, and manufacturing
