To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone for one of our locations in Garching b. Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf or Hamburg.

Your Tasks

• Independent management of the entire recruiting process for in-house positions
• Development and implementation of creative recruiting strategies to attract specialists and managers
• Active sourcing via relevant channels
• Conducting interviews and guiding candidates through the entire selection process
• Close cooperation with the specialist departments
• Building and maintaining a talent pool
• Optimization of existing recruiting processes and tools
• Support with employer branding and personnel marketing

Your Qualifications

• Completed degree or comparable qualification in personnel, business, or psychology
• Experience in recruiting, ideally in the personnel services sector
• Confident use of active sourcing tools and modern recruiting methods
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident demeanor
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality
• Very good German and good English skills
