THE POSITION AT A GLANCE

• Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) at the leading provider of heavy lifting, crane, and transport services.
• Work at our locations in Leuna and Schkeuditz.

We are continuing to grow, and for that, we need people who inspire people. As part of our HR team, you will actively shape the staffing of all key positions in the company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You are responsible for the entire recruiting lifecycle, from strategic needs assessment to a target-group-oriented candidate journey to successful onboarding on the first day.
• Recruiting for various target groups: apprentices, commercial and industrial employees, and managers.
• Creation of attractive job advertisements and selection of suitable recruiting channels.
• Conducting interviews and close coordination with specialist departments.
• Building and maintaining a talent pool and active candidate sourcing.
• Further development of our recruiting strategies and employer branding activities.
• Professional support of applicants and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in an international corporate environment.
• Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and a very good feel for people.
• In-depth experience in active sourcing and in selecting different target groups.
• Structured, independent way of working and high consulting competence.
• Enjoyment of optimizing processes and contributing new ideas.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
