Responsibilities

• Creation of requirement profiles and posting of job advertisements in consultation with the specialist departments
• Target group-specific definition of a suitable recruiting strategy for the respective position
• Coordination and execution of interviews
• Planning, organization, and active participation in events and career fairs
• Continuous support of WIKA branches in talent acquisition matters
• Responsibility for sponsoring activities and support of external PR work

Qualifications

• Completed studies in business administration or a comparable field of study with several years of professional experience
• Confident use of social media, especially in the area of talent acquisition
• Sound knowledge of MS Office programs
• Fluent German and English skills required
• Enjoy working in a team
• Willingness for a temporary position from May 2026 to October 2027 inclusive
