Join the SPIE People & Culture team! As an internal service provider, we support the executives of the High Voltage business unit in realizing projects for the expansion of German electricity grids. Together with our customers, we are shaping the path to achieving climate protection goals. You will contribute to successfully mastering the energy transition!
For our High Voltage business unit, SPIE SAG GmbH is looking for you as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) for technical target groups, to start as soon as possible, for a limited period of 2 years as a parental leave replacement.

Responsibilities
- Technical Talent Scouting with Focus: You will specifically recruit specialists from the technical world – from fitters and technicians/master craftsmen to engineers in energy infrastructure construction. You will understand their qualifications, mindsets, and requirements, and quickly and accurately identify technical potential.
- End-to-End Recruiting: You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process – from job posting and screening to conducting interviews and successful placement. You will proactively drive the process forward and support our executives in optimally strengthening their teams.
- Expert for Recruiting Strategy with Measurable Success: As a sparring partner, you will advise our executives at eye level and develop the optimal hiring plan for your target group. You will use the most effective channels strategically and continuously steer the recruiting process measurably through KPIs and reports.
- Active Sourcing for Technical Specialists: In addition to classic job boards and social media campaigns, you will actively approach technical specialists directly and build sustainable talent pools – using modern AI-powered search software to identify suitable talents even more precisely.
- Quality, Structure, and Innovation in Recruiting: Actively contribute your ideas and shape modern recruiting strategies for technical target groups. Implement pilot projects and events – e.g., at our construction sites or as a planning workshop – and stay close to your target group. Through close on-site collaboration, you will expand your knowledge of technical profiles and fields of work, specifically inspire candidates, and elevate the candidate experience to a new level.
Profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree and have at least 2 years of professional experience in in-house recruiting for a medium-sized or corporate company in a technical environment, ideally in energy infrastructure construction.
- You manage recruiting processes in a structured, independent, and service-oriented manner using applicant management systems, preferably d.vinci, and ensure that executives are optimally supported in filling their teams.
- Your in-depth understanding of the technical target group enables you to address candidates accurately and convincingly on a technical level. You design active sourcing measures as well as target group-oriented strategies and campaigns that are effective.
- Based on sound analyses and reports, you steer the personnel procurement strategy for your target group. With your analytical eye and high demand for optimization, you ensure that recruiting measures are measurably successful and continuously improved.
- With your pioneering spirit and team focus, you break new, creative ground to attract talent and continuously improve recruiting processes, working closely with the HR team and other departments.
