Responsibilities

• Active involvement in employer branding and recruiting strategies
• Ensuring a positive candidate journey
• Directly approaching candidates via Xing, LinkedIn, etc.
• Conducting preliminary telephone interviews for our nationwide advertised positions
• Building and maintaining a talent pool
• Establishing and evaluating a network of external recruiting partners
• Support in the applicant management system

Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Very good demeanor, reliable and independent way of working
• Good communication skills
• Networker mentality: interested, active, and close to the candidates
• Experience in direct approach and recruiting
• Initial experience in the kitchen and furniture industry is an advantage
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
