As a Recruiter at our Frankfurt or Gießen location, you have the opportunity to actively shape the recruiting of tomorrow in the technical world, in addition to managing the entire recruiting process.
Responsibilities
- Target Group Recruiting: Recruiting specialists and managers in the technical field (e.g., electrical engineering / plant mechanics / planning services) with in-depth knowledge of qualifications, requirements, and market conditions.
- Recruiting Process A-Z: Managing and taking over the recruiting process, considering the candidate journey – from conception of the job advertisement through screening to coordination with managers, service providers, and platform providers.
- Channel Management & Reporting: Selecting and using the most effective channels for the respective target group, as well as ongoing management and optimization based on clear KPIs and transparent reporting.
- Interviews & Active Sourcing: Accompanying interviews and taking over active and target-group-oriented candidate search and approach.
- Strategy & Projects: Participating in the development and implementation of modern recruiting strategies for technical target groups, as well as carrying out pilot projects and events.
Profile
- Qualification: Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk) or degree (e.g., Business Administration / Economics / Industrial Engineering).
- Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Recruiter (preferably with in-house experience) / Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in a technically oriented corporate environment.
- On-site Presence: Regularly at the Gießen location (1-2 days per week).
- Technical Competence & Creativity: Creative thinking and enthusiasm for active sourcing, digital recruiting trends, and candidate experience.
- Language Skills: Business fluent German language skills.
