The Role
We are seeking a high-volume recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to drive outcomes. You will manage 20–30+ active requisitions at a time across clinical, sales, and operational roles.
You understand urgency. You understand hiring manager accountability. And you know how to move candidates efficiently without sacrificing quality.
You will partner directly with leadership to ensure we hire top-tier talent at scale.
What You’ll Own
- Manage 20–30+ active requisitions simultaneously
- Drive full-cycle recruiting (intake to offer)
- Conduct high-volume sourcing and screening
- Build pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Coach hiring managers on speed, selection, and accountability
- Maintain clear metrics: time-to-fill, candidate experience, offer acceptance
- Ensure compliance and structured interview practices
- Protect employer brand while moving with intention

Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Experience managing 20+ open requisitions simultaneously
- Experience in healthcare, sales, or multi-site organizations preferred
