As a Recruiter, you’ll source candidates, conduct outreach, qualify talent, and guide individuals through the full recruiting lifecycle. You’ll build strong relationships, support client hiring needs, and contribute to the fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere Ringside Talent is known for.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Make outbound calls and conduct engaging phone screens
• Build rapport with candidates and clients to understand needs and opportunities
• Manage recruiting activities from sourcing to placement
• Stay organized while juggling multiple job openings and candidate pipelines
