We are looking for a dedicated personality as HR Recruiter (60%) starting August 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire recruiting process within the area of responsibility
• Sparring partner for line managers on HR and labor law issues
• Support and advise on discussions
• Create employment references
• Personnel remuneration / salary classifications / controlling staff

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in HR, degree as HR specialist with federal diploma desirable
• Passion for recruiting
• Upbeat, motivated, empathetic, and very independent personality
• High communication skills combined with a strong service orientation
• Curiosity, interest, and digital affinity
• Driver's license category B and mobility are an advantage
