We are looking for sharp, highly driven recruiter to be part of our growing recruiting agency.

In this role you will assist our internal consultants to identify talent needs and developing creative sourcing techniques, screening, submitting qualified candidates and on-boarding. This is a full-time, contract role, with the potential to grow into a permanent position.

Position Description

We are looking for a keen recruiter who is, ready and willing to learn from the front-line. You will be instrumental in assisting our recruitment consultants with their very important searches.

What will you do? • Responsible for full cycle of recruiting to acquire the best talent from source to hire. • Source candidates from multiple channels, present screened and matched candidates to clients for interviews and fill orders. • Conduct matching, prepping and debriefing of candidates for interviews.

What you bring to the table? • Computer savvy. • Post Secondary Education is an asset. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • A dedicated professional with the persistence, flexibility and willingness to “go the extra mile”.
