Fuze HR is currently supporting a confidential client within the manufacturing and production sector in their search for an experienced Recruiter to join on a contract basis. This organization operates within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment and is experiencing ongoing hiring demand across operational and corporate functions.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in high-intensity, deadline-driven environments and has experience managing end-to-end recruitment for both skilled trades/production roles and office-based positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across production, logistics, operations, and corporate roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and role requirements
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Screen candidates and conduct phone/virtual interviews to assess suitability and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders efficiently
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for recurring and high-volume requisitions
- Ensure accurate tracking of all candidates and requisition updates within the ATS
- Deliver a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes in a high-volume setting
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong preference for experience in manufacturing, food production, logistics, or similar high-volume environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Strong sourcing capability and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
