Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the recruitment lifecycle, meaning you accompany your candidates from the first to the last day of the application process.
• You prepare candidates for interviews and practice with them.
• You are in contact with companies to support them in finding suitable candidates.
• You conduct needs analyses to understand the needs and wishes of candidates and clients.
• You search for suitable candidates on various platforms and place job advertisements yourself.

Your Profile

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or similar is desirable, but career changers are also welcome.
• You have very good knowledge of German and English.
• You are passionate and ambitious and looking for a new challenge.
• You have no problem greeting your contacts with a smile on the phone.
• You are eager to learn and do not want to stand still.
