About the role
We are seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume full-cycle hiring in a fast-paced onsite environment. This role is responsible for driving candidate pipeline activity from sourcing through onboarding while ensuring speed, accuracy, and a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach through background checks, drug screening, and onboarding
- Support high-volume hiring with a target of 15+ hires per week
- Source and engage candidates through walk-ins, phone outreach, and scheduled interviews
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday ATS
- Partner directly with hiring managers and onsite teams to achieve hiring goals
Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume recruiting for hourly workforce, transportation, retail, or similar environments
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Required experience with Workday ATS
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced onsite environment
- Experience recruiting drivers or similar roles is a plus
Compensation:
- Estimated hourly range: $30–$32/hr (W-2)
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
