Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Earth City, MO, for a Recruiter specializing in Transportation and Operations. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates to support the company's trucking and operations teams. Daily responsibilities include creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and managing onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with management to understand staffing needs and maintain talent pipelines to support long-term organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Proficiency in using job boards and recruitment marketing tools like social media
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Previous experience recruiting for transportation, warehousing, and/or operational roles is a plus
