The AUTA Field Recruiting team needs an exceptionally talented recruiter to help us find the best talent in the world to support our growth. Amazon is one of the most recognizable brand names in the world and we distribute millions of products each year to our loyal customers. The Recruiter will work with a team of Full Lifecycle Recruiters, Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development and will act as client lead for supported groups. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements.

The candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close candidates against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.

Location

The role needs to be based in Seattle, Nashville, or Arlington. This is not a remote role.

Key job responsibilities

  • Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, Industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an on early career talent strategy.
  • Ability to develop a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process that scales.
  • Build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
  • Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the Amazon, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
  • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
  • Facilitate candidate interview events.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
  • Experience implementing end-to-end recruiting strategies including employer branding and interview process optimization
  • Experience with CTS/ATS with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
  • Experience contributing to the creation and implementation of high-quality, high-volume recruiting plans
  • Experience with passive candidate generation using a variety of techniques.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
