Your Role

We are seeking a Recruiter (w/m/d) for our client, a company based in Bremen, to start as soon as possible. This position begins as temporary employment with Robert Half, offering a permanent employment contract. Our services are free for applicants. You will also benefit from all Robert Half benefits.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate new job advertisements with the specialist department
• Create and publish job postings tailored to the target audience
• Screen and pre-select incoming applications
• Conduct initial interviews (phone, digital, or in-person)
• Organize and coordinate interviews with the specialist department and HR
• Actively search for and directly approach candidates, e.g., via LinkedIn or XING
• Advise management on the candidate market, hiring feasibility, and current process status
• Support the entire recruiting process
• Participate in job fairs and recruiting events

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Professional experience in personnel acquisition, recruiting, or active sourcing
• Practical experience with applicant management systems, e.g., GuideCom HR Suite
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills (written and spoken)
