Your Tasks
Here you will do valuable work.
- Recruiting new colleagues for our elderly care facilities and proactively shaping the foundation's recruitment efforts.
- Managing the entire recruiting process – from job posting to hiring.
- Independently creating a positive candidate journey.
- Advising managers on all recruiting-related matters.
- Building and maintaining a talent pool for nursing and care staff.
- Acting as a sparring partner for various target groups (apprentices, students, volunteers, interns, international candidates).
- Monitoring market trends and further developing our recruiting strategies.
- Representing the foundation as an attractive employer and actively shaping employer branding / personnel marketing.
- Conceptual and strategic planning of our trade fair appearances at job fairs and recruiting events (target groups, approach, content).
- Holistic planning and organization of all trade fair activities – from registration and booth concept to setup and coordination with internal departments.
- Execution, on-site support, and follow-up, including evaluation of events.
What You Bring

- Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, preferably with professional experience in marketing.
- Good intuition for people, as well as a service-oriented and communicative demeanor towards applicants, candidates, managers, and partners.
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented way of working.
- Strong prioritization and self-management skills, as well as a pronounced process-oriented mindset.
