About the Opportunity
Transformational Health Network (TrHN) is expanding and seeking Canadian-based Physician Recruiters, Nursing Recruiters, and Business Development professionals to support our growing U.S. healthcare staffing operations.
This is a commission-driven role offering direct access to active U.S. healthcare client needs across high-demand specialties.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based healthcare roles
- Recruit for:
- Physicians (Psychiatry, Hospital Medicine, Anesthesiology, Surgery)
- Advanced Practice Providers (NPs, PAs)
- Nursing roles (RNs, specialty and hospital-based positions)
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and healthcare clients
- Support business development efforts with U.S. hospitals and healthcare systems
- Manage high-volume and/or high-value requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver talent solutions for urgent and ongoing staffing needs
What We're Looking For
- Experience recruiting physicians, APPs, or nurses (preferred)
- Background in U.S. healthcare staffing or business development
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment
Requirements
- Must reside in Canada
- Ability to complete a W-8BEN form
- Access to receive U.S.-based payments (USD)
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills
