What You Can Expect
- You will find creative ways to identify suitable applicants and inspire them for our clients / major clients.
- You will recruit specialists and managers (direct approach, social media) and conduct interviews and telephone interviews.
- You will work closely with account management to select the right specialists and managers for open positions and to optimally support the recruitment process.
- You will be responsible for the setup and expansion of central applicant management.
- In the area of direct approach, you will expand recruitment channels and your network.
- You will develop and publish target group-oriented job advertisements, thereby ensuring effective outreach to suitable candidates.
- You will represent our company at career fairs and customer events and present our HR services on-site.
What You Bring
- A vocational training or a degree in business or technical fields, or a comparable qualification.
- Practical experience in recruiting (ideally specialists and managers).
- Experience in active sourcing and targeted outreach to candidates via digital channels is an advantage.
- High affinity for learning new areas.
- Service-oriented and strong communication skills with a structured way of working.
