Your responsibilities

• Active approach to applicants and conducting initial and selection interviews
• Management and coordination of the entire recruiting process, including appointment organization and communication
• Identification and evaluation of suitable talents with a focus on the fitness industry
• Maintenance, administration, and structured documentation of all applicant data in the database
• Ensuring efficient administrative processes and close cooperation with internal specialist departments

Our requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree
• Initial professional experience in recruiting
• Good communication skills
• Independent way of working and organizational talent
