Who We Are Looking For

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (Lehre, HAK, HLW)
• First professional experience in an assistant or HR role, but not absolutely necessary
• High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
• Discretion, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written, good English skills

• Pre-selection of applications, conducting telephone interviews, and organizing and carrying out job interviews
• Creation of applicant profiles
• Building and maintaining a talent pool and active sourcing
• Creation of employment contracts, references, and other HR documents
• Participation in career fairs
• Various administrative tasks

• For this position, a gross annual salary of at least EUR 35,000.00 is planned. Depending on your qualifications and experience, an overpayment is possible.
