Responsibilities

  • Self-managed responsibility for the entire recruiting process (needs analysis, job posting, active sourcing, selection, interviews, contract offer)
  • Consulting and sparring with managers on recruiting issues
  • Active sourcing via LinkedIn, job platforms, and other channels
  • Organization and conducting of interviews (telephone, virtual, in-person)
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Coordination and collaboration with external partners (e.g., headhunters, platforms, recruitment agencies)
  • Further development of the recruiting strategy and processes
  • Participation in employer branding

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in recruiting
  • Experience in active sourcing is mandatory
  • Solid HR background is an advantage
  • Very good German skills, English is an advantage
  • Structured, process-oriented way of working
  • High interview and diagnostic competence
  • Ability to quickly grasp profiles and assess potential
  • Consultative, engaging personality with a high service orientation
  • Trustworthy and discreet
  • Independent and self-responsible
  • Organizational talent with prioritization skills
