Your Role

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Recruiter (80%) for the Basel headquarters, starting from March 1, 2026, for a fixed term until November 30, 2026.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for personnel recruitment at the employee and management level (team and department heads) according to the defined recruitment process in close cooperation with the line or HR BP.
• You define the search channels, evaluate CVs, conduct initial telephone interviews, prepare candidate recommendations for clients, obtain reference information, conduct aptitude tests, etc.
• You ensure a consistent candidate experience according to specifications and act as the candidate's "advocate".
• You support the line in salary negotiations and the content of the contract offer.
• You forward the contract data in the system for the creation of the employment contract by the SC.
• You are responsible for administrative applicant management from A to Z.

Your Profile

• You have a commercial or comparable basic education and/or further training with a specialization in HR Management.
• You have initial knowledge of recruiting processes.
• You are IT-savvy and proficient in using common MS Office programs.
• You are familiar with the most important HR key figures.
• Reliability, solution orientation, and a high quality awareness are as important to you as they are to us.
• You work very independently and have organizational skills.
• You are proficient in German and English.
