Your Responsibilities

• Selection of suitable predefined recruiting channels for drivers and formulation, placement, and maintenance of predefined job advertisements
• Careful applicant management for Russian-speaking truck drivers / professional drivers, including screening of application documents and independent communication by phone and email
• Independent scheduling, organization, accompaniment, and documentation of interviews for drivers on-site and online
• Support in testing and introducing new recruiting channels in EU and non-EU countries
• Accompanying the onboarding process for new professional drivers
• Participation in employer branding, especially through participation in career fairs
• Coordination and agreement of vacation planning with employees and managers
• Forwarding relevant information and hiring documents to the payroll team

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in international recruiting of blue-collar technical specialists
• Experience in accompanying visa and relocation processes
• Good language skills in Russian and German for independent conducting of interviews, Bulgarian language skills are an advantage
• High level of confidentiality in handling data and matters of employees and applicants inside and outside the company
• Strong communication and organizational skills as well as good people skills
• Motivation to independently shape solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
