Responsibilities

• Selection of suitable predefined recruiting channels for drivers and formulation, placement, and maintenance of predefined job advertisements.
• Careful applicant management for Russian-speaking truck drivers / professional drivers, including screening of application documents and independent communication by phone and email.
• Independent scheduling, organization, accompaniment, and documentation of interviews for drivers on-site and online.
• Support in testing and introducing new recruiting channels in EU and non-EU countries.
• Accompanying the onboarding process for new professional drivers.
• Participation in employer branding, especially through participation in career fairs.
• Coordination and agreement of vacation planning with employees and managers.
• Forwarding relevant information and hiring documents to the payroll team.

Profile

• Several years of experience in international recruiting of blue-collar workers.
• Experience in accompanying visa and relocation processes.
• Good language skills in Russian and German for conducting interviews independently; Bulgarian language skills are an advantage.
• High level of confidentiality in handling data and matters of employees and applicants inside and outside the company.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as good people skills.
• Motivation to independently shape solutions in a lively, fast-paced environment.
