Responsibilities
- You develop job requirements in coordination with the management, create job advertisements, and independently select recruitment channels.
- You manage applicant tracking using a supporting IT tool (including reviewing, managing, and tracking applicant profiles).
- You conduct selection interviews and support/organize potential analyses.
- You pre-select suitable candidates, taking internal quality standards into account.
- You ensure a good candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- You act as the point of contact for all matters related to the recruitment process and the recruitment presence on social media.
- You collaborate cross-functionally with various internal departments and external service providers.
- You drive our diverse and exciting HR and recruiting projects alongside operational business.
- You analyze key figures and derive recommendations for improving the recruitment process.
Profile
You have successfully completed a Bachelor's or University of Applied Sciences degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management.
Further Requirements:
- Ideally, you have initial relevant professional experience in HR with a focus on recruitment.
- You have a high degree of customer and service orientation.
- You see yourself as a driver of innovative processes and creative solutions.
- You have a confident demeanor and strong communication skills.
- A high degree of empathy for trusting and cooperative collaboration is a matter of course for you.
We Offer
Depending on personal and operational requirements, tariff employees can receive remuneration from pay group E10 to E12 TV‑L (approx. €51,460.00 – approx. €82,590.00 annually) with all agreed social benefits (e.g., company pension scheme).
An equivalent transfer of civil servant applicants is possible up to a position in salary group A 12 LBesO A.
