What Matters in This Job

• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process and for applicant management.
• You are in constant exchange with the specialist departments (also on-site) and regularly create reports on key figures.
• You participate in career events and work closely with regional cooperation partners.
• You take on special recruiting projects, such as apprentices, summer postal workers.
• You actively engage with the current regional labor market situations and derive resulting measures.

What Matters to Us

• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and tact.
• Several years of experience in recruiting and applicant management.
• Enthusiasm for your team and your goals.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is desirable.
• Flexibility, resilience, and a high willingness to travel.
• Very good German and English skills.

Compensation: Depending on experience and qualifications, but at least 45,000,- Euro (gross annual salary, all-in).
