Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Brampton, ON, for a Recruiter/Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves overseeing the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additionally, responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts, generating business leads, and developing marketing strategies to drive sales growth. This role combines recruitment expertise with sales and marketing acumen to meet organizational and client goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Experience with Hiring and managing various stages of the recruitment process
• Skills in Account Management and client relationship building
• Strong Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to attract and engage talent and collaborate with clients
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Marketing knowledge or experience is an asset
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
