With over 28 years of combined experience, we have a proven track record of supporting local architecture, engineering, construction and environmental firms that design, engineer, develop and build some of the most high-profile projects in the New York Metro area.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial minded Recruiter/Sales Intern to join our fast-growing team for an internship opportunity. We’re looking for a highly ambitious person to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the full recruiting lifecycle across a range of roles, helping clients identify and hire qualified candidates.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen candidates through phone interviews and reference checks while learning about their experience, career goals, and fit.
• Draft and post job descriptions and candidate outreach messages.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates, resumes, and interview feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Work directly with company leadership on recruiting strategy and assist with business development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong interest in recruiting, sales, or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.

Salary

$20/hour - $30/hour
