About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Organize and update applicant tracking systems and calendars to ensure smooth scheduling operations.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to understand staffing needs and timelines.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and tracking key metrics.
  • Support administrative duties related to recruitment and scheduling as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and scheduling coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, calendar management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality results.
