Recruiter/Scheduler

We are a home care company/platform operating across multiple states in the US.

The Recruiter/Scheduler we are hiring will be responsible for various tasks including posting ads on multiple platforms, screening caregivers, conducting interviews, onboarding, and training as necessary.

Additionally, the Recruiter/Scheduler will manage caregiver scheduling for seniors, ensuring timely arrivals and coordinating backup when needed. They will also maintain communication with families and the team and make sure to meet each state requirements.
