The Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a vital role in supporting a small, dynamic team focused on acquiring top mid-level professionals and senior leadership talent. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead and HR Manager, this specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, utilizing advanced applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to ensure an efficient hiring process without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through diverse channels and build talent pipelines
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
  • Screen applicant resumes and qualifications to identify suitable candidates
  • Serve as liaison between clients, candidates, and internal teams throughout recruitment
  • Manage offer processes including negotiations and candidate communications
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth new hire integration
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on recruitment trends and competitive talent pools
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within ATS and HRIS systems
  • Track and report key performance indicators related to recruitment effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional recruitment experience
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse or Lever
  • Strong interviewing and candidate sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong relationship building with candidates and hiring teams
