The Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a vital role in supporting a small, dynamic team focused on acquiring top mid-level professionals and senior leadership talent. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead and HR Manager, this specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, utilizing advanced applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to ensure an efficient hiring process without travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through diverse channels and build talent pipelines
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
- Screen applicant resumes and qualifications to identify suitable candidates
- Serve as liaison between clients, candidates, and internal teams throughout recruitment
- Manage offer processes including negotiations and candidate communications
- Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth new hire integration
- Conduct market research to stay informed on recruitment trends and competitive talent pools
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within ATS and HRIS systems
- Track and report key performance indicators related to recruitment effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional recruitment experience
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse or Lever
- Strong interviewing and candidate sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong relationship building with candidates and hiring teams
