What You’ll Be Doing:

• Tech Savvy: Keep our applicant tracking system organized so we never lose a great candidate.
• The First Impression: Conduct interviews and assessments to find caregivers who don't just have the skills but have the heart.
• Smooth Sailing: Manage the onboarding and orientation process to make sure our new hires feel like part of the family from Day 1.
• Be a Talent Magnet: Develop creative ways to find caregivers via social media, local community events, and job boards.

Who You Are:

• Detail-Obsessed: You can juggle phone interviews, Excel spreadsheets, multiple software applications and in person onboarding without breaking a sweat.
• Welcoming and Professional: You have "inviting" phone skills and can talk to anyone. You’re welcoming, professional, and warm.
• A Self-Starter: You don’t need someone looking over your shoulder; you’re motivated to hit your goals independently.
• Educated & Ready: A 4-year degree is preferred, but your energy and organization are what truly matter.
