Responsibilities

Full‑Cycle Recruiting Support

  • Source, screen, and coordinate candidates with energy and urgency
  • Post jobs, advertise, and maintain applicant records
  • Schedule interviews, greet applicants, and support selection activities

Brand Promotion & Outreach

  • Represent the company at recruiting events and community partnerships
  • Promote our brand to attract top talent
  • Help build a strong, reliable talent pipeline

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Prepare application materials and new‑hire packets
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
  • Support recruiting efforts at all levels, including subcontract labor

Requirements

  • Professional demeanor, strong presence, and excellent communication skills
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with a sense of urgency to complete tasks
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience a plus
  • 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
  • Preferred: experience recruiting blue‑collar workers or CDL drivers
