This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you will manage both client relationships and candidate processes from start to finish. You will own searches end-to-end, working directly with clients and candidates to bring hires across the finish line.

This role is built for someone who wants to focus on high-impact recruiting work. You will spend the majority of your time working with qualified candidates and clients, not grinding through cold sourcing. Our team operates with built-in sourcing and scheduling support so you can move quickly and focus on closing.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage client relationships, acting as a trusted hiring partner
  • Run full-cycle searches from intake call through offer and placement
  • Work directly with clients to understand hiring needs, strategy, and timelines
  • Conduct screening interviews with qualified candidates and guide them through the process
  • Drive offer management and close candidates successfully
  • Partner with internal sourcing support to maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on search strategy and execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–5 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a client-facing role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and driving conversations
  • High attention to detail and accountability
  • Organized, disciplined, and self-motivated
  • Professional presence and ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
