Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts and deliver an exceptional new hire experience. This role will play a critical part in the hiring lifecycle, from coordinating interviews and engaging candidates to onboarding new employees and supporting early-stage employee success initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a seamless and positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Support
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
- Manage candidate communications, ensuring a timely and professional experience
- Assist with job postings across various platforms
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data accuracy and candidate records
- Support recruiters with resume screening and initial candidate outreach as needed
- Facilitate offer letter preparation and onboarding documentation
New Hire Experience & Onboarding
- Own and execute new hire onboarding processes from offer acceptance through first 90 days
- Plan and conduct new hire orientation sessions
- Coordinate new hire travel arrangements and itineraries (if applicable)
- Ensure all onboarding paperwork, system access, and equipment are prepared and delivered on time
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Employee Success & Engagement
- Lead and manage 30-60-90 day check-ins with new hires and hiring managers
- Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve onboarding and early employee experience
- Support performance management activities related to new hires
- Assist in developing onboarding materials, guides, and resources
HR Operations Support
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks and special projects
- Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS or HRIS systems is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
