The Bilingual (French/English) Administrative Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for processing and reviewing recruitment-related activities. This role is a true blend of Talent Acquisition Coordination (TAC) and Customer Experience (CX), serving as both the first and final point of contact for candidates from their start date through their employment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our client's team onsite regarding any verbal or written communications.
- File and maintain hard-copy documents.
- Collect, track, and secure any personal checks that are received, and prepare monthly deposits.
- Verify the authenticity of legal documents received, as well as complete, authorize, and track various life insurance forms.
- Lead, collect, assist and process, export of data files or documents to 3rd party vendors.
- Assist with any collection information for employee HR documents by working closely with the offshore team.
Education and Experience
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience in computerized HR functions.
- 2+ years of HR experience or experience with processing and handling sensitive data, following process directions, and working to a fast-paced timeline.
- Employee Benefits knowledge would be helpful.
- Experience with coordinating and monitoring payroll processing functions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required
- Excellent organizational and planning skills to work to a fast-paced schedule
- Strong analytical skills to determine different delivery methods of the client
- Well-developed administrative skills, being able to pull information from different sources.
- Effective communication skills working with offshore teams.
