Overview
The Recruiting Experience Specialist sits within the Recruiting Operations team and supports early-career recruiting and university programs. This role is ideally suited for a candidate who can support in-person programs and events across the Bay Area, as needed.
This role is essential to creating a seamless and engaging post-hire experience while upholding our Firm’s professional brand. It combines structured, repeatable execution with seasonal program work and is ideal for someone who is motivated to take ownership, improve and streamline processes, and contribute meaningfully within a small, collaborative team.
Job Responsibilities
Candidate Management and Offer Execution (approximately 60%)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for early-career candidates throughout their interview, offer, and post-acceptance experiences.
- Execute and manage the offer process, including sending offers, tracking offer status, monitoring expirations, and completing follow-ups.
- Partner with interviewers, Partners, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely offer decisions and communicate acceptances and status updates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, offer documentation, and start-date rosters to ensure data integrity, alignment with hiring targets, and communication with external teams.
- Own candidate communications and engagement from acceptance through start date, including required touchpoints, surveys, and documentation updates.
- Act as a liaison for incoming hires prior to their start date, routing questions and requests to the appropriate internal teams.
- Review academic transcripts after each term and track CPA eligibility progress.
- Coordinate CPA study materials in partnership with Frank Rimerman University.
- Support coordination with housing and relocation partners as needed.
Program Planning and Execution (approximately 40%)
- Support planning, facilitation, and day-of execution of early-career and internship programs, primarily from November through July.
- Partner with University Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, HR, and other internal teams to align on program timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate program and event logistics, including schedules, calendars, vendors, and internal partners.
- Support the creation and preparation of program materials, communications, and presentations.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting operations projects and process improvements as programs and needs evolve

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in a professional environment; experience in recruiting coordination, operations, HR, or program/event support preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables in a high-volume setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Canva.
- Ability to report into the San Jose office and support in-person programs and events across the Bay Area as needed.

Please note this position is non-exempt and therefore eligible for overtime, which will be paid in addition to the published base salary range.
The base salary range for this position is $74,000 - $80,000 per year. The pay range reflects the San Francisco Bay Area and compensation will be adjusted for each candidate based on their individual geographic location of work.
